[Request] Website Header!

Hello guys, im in need of some Photoshop skills!

I need a website banner which needs to be of this size:



The website is about Rowing (Sport) so if you could make something out of the follow pictures:


1 - Club badge.


2 - Rowing Crew.


3- Rowing Crew.

Am not such a creative person, so if you could design a header with the club badge and the other 2 pictures!

I choosed the color green because it matched your current website. I can change any color you'd like and if wanted I could sharpen the text on the emblem.

Idea 2: didn't know how professional/classy you wanted it so i made a basic one too





btw you really need to include more details with something like this....also the emblem was hard to work with its a very small and pixalated pic :/

oh and you can keep/give away the glider...i don't use that glider thingy....cause i verily play wow or whatever game its for
