I don't understand what does skill 1 have to do with drinking of mana....we drink mana when it's low...not when some skill x,y,z fails...

I did search but couldn't find anything, Is there anyway to mod this to work with the heal from enduring cry(the berserker ascendancy)?

I found a smart workaround for that:

1) Edit flaskbind.json in /AutoFlaskManager/config folder. Replace the first key code (49 by default for "1") with whatever key your Enduring cry is bound to. In my case it was "E" so I changed it to 69.
2) Place a defensive flask in slot 1. For example Bismuth flask. Make sure this is the only defensive flask on the panel.
3) Configure "Defensive flask" in plugin ingame settings with min life 75% and delay 2500 ms.
4) Now your character is using Enduring cry every time HP gets below 75%, because it thinks that it is pressing the flask in slot one.
5) PROFIT

You can do the same trick with HP flasks instead of defensive, if you want to have full panel of defensive and rely only on Enduring cry for heals.

Example

between x% and %x ie: 74-78% it uses the flask

i am not going to hit 75% every single time so i would like it if it would randomly choose a number in between the 2 %s you picked

would feel a bit safer more human

Hey, any chance that we can make The Wise Oak Bismuth flask count as an offensive flask instead of a defensive flask? It's primary purpose in builds is to provide ele pen, its defensive aspects are secondary.
