i read everything but i can't find where is the itemfilter sound.ogg and i dont know how we can change it im still looking for it . I tried to replace alert sounds in
-> PoeSmoother-master\PoeSmoother\bin\Release\config\AudioFiles\replaceOggFiles\Audio\Sound Effects\Misc\ItemFilter


I tried to create a file with ogg sound

->PoeSmoother-master\PoeSmoother\bin\Release\config\AudioFiles\Custom\Audio\Sound Effects\Misc\ItemFilter


when i try to click on replace audio file , i got a message that says : Data key was absent from the dictionary. maybe its because GGG changed sound (2.3 patch )
If someone can help , would be very very very great !!!

i didn't do a backup file before.. i deleted my PoE and re-download the 7gb files -_- .. thats the only way to fix lol

Always do a backup of your GGPK file. I've been there done that though, you live and you learn.

You don't have to redownload the whole thing if it breaks. In the game directory there's a file called "PackCheck.exe". Basically checks content.ggpk for corrupted files inside then the next time when you run the game it'll just download those few files instead of the whole thing.
On another note, anyone know where these "explosions" might be located ? The Obliteration wand makes these with some additional effects that I already disabled in effects/spells/chaos_explode.

Most of the sounds have been moved to FMOD, and this is the new sound system that GGG it is using now. Probably all sound effects will be moved in the future. So, until there is someone who know how to decompress this .BANK files from FMOD, i don't think we can change any sound in the future.

It's sad to see this, because the audio guy doesn't do his job regarding some sounds effects that are completely out of control or annoying/useless...like the golems for example.

Anyway, the game is in a really bad shape right now, imo.

Anyone knows what the black tar/portals are in the room before atziri fight? It lags me beyond the cave age and I'm lucky if I make it to atziri with 1 portal.
I'd like to disable them.



EDIT: Found AW in Totem folder: - And the name of Ancestral Warchiefs slamming effect would be nice, the effect gives me a slight lag.
