I undrstand u work for it and u wanna ear money for ur work but whats the point if u not gonna update public verison ATM fog and rain and some fatures not working keep giving error cant find file abously there is some files need to update after patchs..

But, what is the issue that you have ?
The tool works on any game version.

After download, make a copy of that Content.ggpk for updates and possible errors...then use the tool to change whatever you need.

When i tick on fog & Rain ; ERROR ; FAİLED TO REPLACE İTEM : ENTRY NOT FOUND !

ATM ı ım trying with 5 diffrent client even try with steam still getting same error ? pack checks always clean im thinking about what will be problem pelase help me guys i really need it !

FreePoeSmoother-v3.0.1b\configs\new\DisableFog\Metadata\EnvironmentSettings in it when i do select all i have 701 file
and when i edit ggpk and check game folder orginal EnvironmentSettings files in ggpk have ;764

There's no 7zxa.dll in the tool....and i'm using 7zip to open up any rar/zip archive. - Download

Here is archive with removed fog, rain, corpses, extra blood and decals:

Based on fresh 3.1 files.
IMPORTANT! Apply this fix to avoid the crashes:
PoeSmoother - effects remover

Made a backup first. Created using my own scripts, so if you encounter any crashed with that - tell me and will fix it.

And this is a last-stand option for anyone, who lags as hell:
PoeUltraLightNoEffects.rar - Google Drive
Archive contains ~15k files, separated by Meta_(N) folders (1k files per dir)
This will remove most of the effects from game - particles, trails, sound effects, wind, lights and decals.

May lead to crashes - still untested. May (or WILL) result in unexpected deaths - some of the skill & effects may become invisible.
But this will let you play with nice & smooth FPS even in the most cancerous parties, on very weak hardware.
Will make your game looks bad, may make your game feels bad. DO NOT USE if you are not sure about it
(also based on 3.1 files)
