You must find pointer for whole data structure and probably change some adresses offsets because global structure is different that other versions and auto searching is not working because the patterns are not matching anymore. Long way to go or shot I don't know first learn how to find pointers using cheat engine toturials , then maybe do some research about poe hud pointers and structure and find it in tw poe idk.
