I haven't seen anyone selling them or trading them, nothing.
Is there something preventing them from being traded?

On the developer discussion they mentioned that if u have an extra key you can give it to a friend so I can't imagine anything stopping someone from trading.

No keys will be given out until beta is out, so if anyone is trying to sell you one before that they are scammers.
