How "safe" is casual botting

Some of my friends have gotten into poe and I'd like to get back into it aswell.
Ive botted before, never for profit and had no bans.

Questions are: Is botting in poe like it is with wow, where its a guaranteed ban no matter what?
If not, what is the best bot to use? Willing to pay ofc. Going for max safety if possible

I don't think there is such a thing as 'casual' botting. Botting is botting. Especially In recent times when blizzard has really come down hard on botting after the success of Legion.

Like hackerlol implied you can never be 100% safe when "botting". However, if you use software that isn't on the developer's hit list and you are not blatant about your botting activities (i.e. you don't bot in populated areas, piss other players off, etc) then there is a good chance you won't be caught. I've been using a clicker in WOW and other games almost daily for over a year and haven't even had a whiff of a ban. I put this down to being subtle about my activities.

Also, remember the 1st and 2nd rule of Bot Club... You do not talk about Bot Club.
