Path of Exile for Xbox One announced! (Act 5 teasers aswell)

What we know so far:

• Xbox players will have separate servers from PC.
• Xbox variant will have changes to flasks and changes to targeting. (Most likely due to controller)
• Xbox will get 3.0 patch same time as PC, including act 5.

I am wondering if xbox version would be hack-able.
If not, then it will be truly hack/bots free experience.

I might be wrong on this but can't you stream Xbox games to windows 10 with the xbox app?
If so you could probably make a bot that way.
