Now the Paragon Path Pathfinder is bad for PVE, Hunter's Teamwork makes soloing bosses a bit easier and Careful Attack is basically a nice free dmg-over-time that adds up quickly in raids. How important that is depends on what you want to focus on, AOE or single target.
The 2 paths are designed with a distinct difference: AOE VS. single target. Powers like Electric Shot/Clear the Ground, Blade Storm, Split the Sky, and Cold Steel Hurricane indicate that SW is meant to excel in AOE. On the other hand, powers like Hunter's Teamwork/Careful Attack, and Slasher Mark indicate that PF is meant to excel in single target.
