Here is a very lightweight program that will automate a keystroke when you reach a certain hitpoint value. I find it useful for automatically using health potions from my hotbar, as it's one less thing I have to worry about when RvR'ing, but it will use any ability that the keystroke represents.
ex. When my hitpoints are below 2000, drink potion.

It has a simple gui interface to enter your health value and the keystroke.

Note when entering keystrokes:

Shift = + (ex. +a is Shift + a)
Ctr = ^ (ex. ^a is Control + a)
Alt = ! (ex. !a is Alt + a)

You can use any combination of the above. (+!a = Shift + Alt + a)

Hey this is really cool, thanks for putting it together, I'll give it a try. Is this similar to autoit (i've heard there is an anti-afk auto-it - just dunno where to find) ?
