Is it possible to Bot using the output_log.txt and mouse commands?

I have got interested in botting lately, played around with memory reading.

anyway, there is a trick that HearthStone Deck Tracker uses that makes HS write every action and possible change that happends in a match to a txt file.
in theory, what stops me from reading that file, following the board state and then executing mouse commands to simulate playing?

Is it possible to Bot using the output_log.txt and mouse commands?
