usually you loot chest after boss kill/group event, but with this one spawns before/after event and you can loot it freely anytime
In first picture the chest was found just after i logged in today. Yesterday i left char there just after i completed the event looted chest and looted the 2nd in overflow (though in overflow server the event still was going on)


PS if its possible in your realm you can farm it via overflow

The message is not "Hey, farm it via overflow using relog", but "hey! there is a splendid chest which is there waiting for you and you can grab it any time without killing the boss or finishing the event"
And overflow is just an addition to it,

the overflow trick is still working for people? i thought it was patched a while ago. hasn't worked for like 5+ days for me. it always sends me back to the same server

overflow works, but there should be a lot players so you'll have a few overflows (there were 3 or 4 for me yesterday)
