Damage down HP down debuff

This exploit has been around since launch. Every now and then, someone stumbles upon it and we get a thread similar to this (this is the first one on specifically OwnedCore as far as I know).

It's not safe; you get flagged the moment you use it and every alt I've used this on has been banned either by the next ban wave or the one after. Feel free to play around with it on an alt but I highly recommend avoiding using it on accounts you have value in.
