must read before buying from shops
"Dear Players,
Due to abuse and credit card fraud by third parties (gold sellers and others) we will shut down the gifting feature in our cash shop.
All players who purchased items/silver from those services will be inquired and sanctioned accordingly.
Thank you for your understanding.
Kind regards
BDO Team"

Here's what I hate about this kind of activity.
Even with Paypal, the money is only in the paypal until you transfer it to a credit card or bank account. Either way, at that point they know exactly who you are unless you are using stolen identities *Possible*.
So these people will eventually get caught, however, the time it takes to track down paypal transfers, purchases, is what gives them the time to continue ripping people off.
Now, I am all for RMT if it's real, but when these people are actually hacking accounts, and stealing people's money... That's fraud and a Felony pretty much everywhere in the world.
There is a minute difference between a real-world fraud, and a digital violation of a term of service.
