Would it be hard to make a script/macro for expeditions?

Since the combat and navigation is fairly simple, would it be hard to automate solo expeditions using a macro?
By using very, very simple auto mouse and keyboard clicker you can make the bot run where you want and kill stuff, however often you get to randomized positions due to push skills etc and then the macro no longer works. Any ieas on this?

I'd use ahk for the macro, and if i were to try it i'd probably take advantage of the minimap. Character is a blue arrow, so i'd search for that arrow every certain point to make sure i'm on the right course.
