Bought a Mage Tower challenge appearance run for three characters. Customer Service was super, super friendly. Can't overstate how much of a plus that is in my book. Most importantly, they got it done. And on all three of my characters. And in the same period of time. I wish I would've found these guys earlier, because the last service I used wasn't very friendly and I had to pull teeth to get an incomplete order. Anyway, so happy with my purchase and new appearances! Not to mention the price was a steal. 5 Stars from me! Will be back for other characters in the near future.

Paid for 100-110, paid for express 12 hour service. Also paid for ilvl 900.

This was last Monday, same day he asked for more time, the person had something with his family come up he said - no big deal, we are all people with families. I asked if everything would be done by Friday, and he said definitely. Move forward, I asked Friday if it would be done today, he said he was contacting the booster to find out, 2 hours later he said there was no response from the booster and that he had planned on finishing Friday. Never heard from him again regarding my question, and "definitely" is still not complete Sunday morning. I contacted him an hour ago about it, and no response.

Seems like an issue has risen for me where I bought the boost for Glad title for legion season 5 PVP (from Legionfarm) but I got an email from Blizzard today that I got disqualified for any rewards for season 5 so no title and drake (no temporary/definite ban though).

Unsure as to what happened as I played by myself and did not share my account at all during that time. Perhaps I was just the unlucky one this time ?

Happened during legion PVP season 2 where boost was detected due to it being piloted. In S3 had no issues and self-played and got title and drake. Now S5 got DQed while self-playing and not sharing acc.

Will edit once reason is known or issue has been solved.
