at first i want to say im german and i sent the english written letters to blizzard and for now they said:
we're not going to answer any further emails, which includes that topic !

Seph managed to unban my account after several "final warnings" and "don't send us tickets again, we will not answer them" by Blizzard.

Honestly mate, you should be able to call into blizzard and just explain what had occurred, and provide the original account owner information, and they should help you out. If that doesn't work, you could speak to me, but I don't think you need to pay me for that :P

Have you had any luck with getting anyone unbanned from the bugged herb dupe glitch from about a year ago? I appealed twice pleading ignorance to no avail.
