You think Blizzard bans you for using 3rd party software based on ban reports? If it states in the ban e-mail that you have been banned cuz of 3rd party software they have had a detection, especially if your ban was around a ban wave.

I just wanted to touch base with you and give a little clarification on the penalties that were applied to the account here.

Basically we have determined that your account has been confirmed for bot usage. As I’m sure you’re aware we take botting very seriously. Not only is it a detriment to the in-game economy and overall gameplay experience, but it is a blatant violation of our Terms of Use which is agreed to by every player before they are allowed to play the game.

Over the years our abilities and methods to detect botting and other third party software have improved exponentially. I have personally reviewed the details of the action. I have confirmed our initial findings, and there is no evidence that the account was compromised. It has only been accessed from your normal play location. I’m afraid that the action will not be reversed or changed in any way. In addition, regardless of whether it was you or someone else that you've given access to the account (friend, family, etc.) as the register account holder, you are still held responsible.

And in regards to the Gladiator title, I really can't say for sure whether this will be removed or not. The suspension is for 6 months, so it is likely that you will not be able to play for the rest of the current season. Beyond that, if they do find that the software in question was used to facilitate getting the title, then it will likely be removed. If it was not, then they will not remove it.

We understand that you may still have concerns regarding the action, but we must reiterate that it was taken to address a violation of the Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (Blizzard Entertainment:World of Warcraft Terms of Use), which all players accept before logging into the game.

Let me try to better explain this here...

I wasn't on skype.. I had access to my email during Christmas / New Years and transitioned into a new position at my company.

During this time, at no point did you actually email me back with any concern, so as far as I knew, you had success. If you would have relied via email, we could have progressed this situation, but rather you are blaming the lack of correspondence on Skype.

I ask everything to be done via email, as I always have access to email. I cannot be on skype while I am at work.

I can only praise this guy. I bought the Lifetime Service to unban my Guild Wars 2 Account. He made it possible to unban me within 5 days. Even i got Banned for using 3rd Party software and the Ban was a year ago. So Chances to get an unban were very low.
I know if i got issues with another account or game, i will come back to him and use his service again. I cant understand why the user above me had some problems. Maybe he was the reason and the one who got angry. Sure Sephiros is not a Magican but he does his best to get the account unbanned.
To me he was friendly all the time and when i had questions, he answered them all and told me what to do.
