I was lucky enough to score myself a permanent ban in a banwave some 9 months ago, played around with some bots just for fun and paied hard for it... Main account with toons that had been active since early days of vanilla that got banned..
Tried to appeal on my own but the answer was "No no no no NO N O NOOOOO never ever going to happend"

But now with legion around the corner I felt that I atleast had to give it a try, so I went with Sephirolf unban service. I had no hope of ever retrieving my account but our great friend Sephirolf pulled through.

To be fair, the ban might have been overturned if I had written the appeal myself, but that I will never know and frankly I couldnt care less.
Im glad i choose to use his service since it got the job done!

it did purchase the premium service, 4 days of sending letters nothing but automatic respond. and after 6 days of being banned i got the email from niantic that my account is terminated blablabla... well i just wasted my money...FOR THE MOMENT
today i've told him that i needed a new letter but he didn't respond ( Sephirolf)
anyways ill keep everyone posted if something happen
