Hi, I recently bought an account from a friend on the MMO Tera. We have played since day one and shared the account. I recently Sent a support ticket to a GM asking if there was a way I could changed the security questions after I changed the email and password to my own. And he replied saying that it was against they terms and service. The account has 9 lvl 60s on it. All I did was pay my friend IRL some cash so he could buy books for school and he gave me his account.... I got banned permanently for that?

Is this something that could be unbanned?

Bought unban service 2yrs ago but unfortunately he couldn't unban it. It was "heavily" banned for gold selling.
Now I tried to use his service for the second time and luckily I was unbanned (another account).

I need to say that contacting him 2yrs ago was much easier, maybe he's more busy with irl and unbanning atm, who knows but I was waiting a long time for 1 answer. (approx it was 1 day).

But I vote for this guy 100% he knows what he's doing. Don't try to unban it by yourself.

I was perma banned on AION gameforge (EU). Anyone else had same kind of ban and got it solved with Sephi? because I am not sure if to pay or not... I lost my account dont want to lose money now while trying to unban it
