Yea pretty much I'm sorry I did whine a little. I just hope I'm not being ignored by Sephirofl. As many people here that were banned, we was(hope*) we are able to get our accounts unbanned asap so we can get into the game soon.

Its a massive banwave which hit all botters; so he's loaded with work. I bet he's doing the best he can. Just wondering the same question as @Phelios; are there any people who actually avoided the 6 months by using his service?

Pretty sure that's not what I meant... But you're still doing a good job tho. If a email like "going to work" or "I will be around from *time* to *time*" would be nicer.

Looks like Blizzard is pretty firm with their decision this time round. 2nd letter and they closed my appeal on 3rd reply.
Seph's letters are pretty good, but... oh well. Unless someone gets released already, or else it's pretty hopeless currently.

Wow, my post got deleted by sephiroth? So I was right, you didnt tell your customers that everyone hit by the latest SBR banwave won't get unbanned? You just melk them even though you know there is almost no chance for an unban if they did not use a VPN while getting caught? Btw, I got banned 9th banwave. First 2 tickets were autoresponse.
First ticket was funny too, cuz they made mistake pasting same sentence twice: "We have detected botting activity on this account and sent you an email with details on its suspension. I bought only mid package, so i don't have premium, and no shortened wait time.

Blizzard closed 3 of my appeal tickets already up to date. Not having too much hopes already.

My first ticket got closed after 3 letters from seph. I don't know how ticket system works, but so far no one probably saw any of our messages :/

Btw, I never used any bots either, friend trolled me by installing HB but I never launched it to farm something.

If they don't tell you to **** off in live chat, I might try asking them there

Yeah, but they will not do it.

They also dont say anything about the check.
The only information I got was when the check started.

They will not tell me what bot i used or at which time.

The only way to get that information is with a lawyer.

If you got hit by the latest massive banwave. Chances are, blizzard will ignore your appeals. But I've to give credits to Seph, his letters are really great.
His latest letter is really great, if a actually customer support actually took the time to read it, i might have a chance to get unban.
