I dont think he is ignoring, just like us, he has a life too and cannot always answer his emails. If he doesnt respond within 24 hours, then you might want to consider that as a reason

So after a day of testing settings and everything and support instantly stopped replying to my emails after one reply. Its a pretty bad aim assist tool at best. using any one the features draws my aim down and to the right when its not in the fov i assume but means half my shots just pull really far down for no reason. either I set the settings low enough that its not worth using to help "assist" or my aim is just garbage cause the hack makes me shoot the floor.
