Hello Warp, i'd be happy to help you. I'm a former Grand Master player, and i'm pretty confident in my ability to give you a fast boost.
I charge $75 (66,57 euro) for a boost from S2 to G4, and $210 (186,39 euro) for a boost to Platinum 5. In my experience as a booster, you'll want to be placed at least at G4, which gives you a small buffer zone so you don't drop down to S1 from a bad streak.
I'm a free agent, and thus i charge lower prices than sites like hotsboosters and the like.
