Got the problem with this seller. Don't buy here!

I bought 1k gold for $116.85 at 07:43 am Pacific time.
Then I wanted to buy 1 more thousand but price went up to $126.3 for 1k.
I asked seller to match the price for me with morning one since I am getting bulk orders. He refused it. Then after 10 minuted he agreed to make it $12/100.
I order on the website(the price did not change there so I thought he well manually send me more gold).
He sends me gold for old price.
I asked to send me the rest gold as he promised but he said next time.
