because you didn't record the video, and our client said he hasn't received the gold, so there is nothing we can do.

As it shows in the transcript, my associate asked him to record the trade before he sent out his gold. The gold was supposed to be delivered to
one of our clients. Therefore, we will need proof of delivery otherwise anyone can come here and claim that he has delivered gold.
That being said, it`s not that we don't believe you but if you have nothing to show us, we can't really pay you for this order
