VS Anywhere (need feedback)

An acquaintance of mine is currently working on VS Anywhere, an extension for Visual Studio that allows an unlimited number of people to all work on the exact same file or project, and see edits in real time. I would greatly appreciate any feedback you guys have, be it about the program's ease of use, or even the grammar/spelling (English is not the creator's native language).
