Well eat spicy food, and eat smaller portions 7-8 times a day, to keep ur body burning the fat off ur body
lots of proteines like tuna is really good (Tuna is a BB's friend)
skip all white bread, pasta and potatoes... if u need pasta then wholegrain pasta..

I lost 18 kiloes in 1½ months by changing eating habbits and exercising for 6 hrs a week. 3x2 hrs. however my arms got 6 - 8 centimetres bigger as well..
all this is good, it is hard to change...
I have done shit to my body and i will continue to drink and snort like a pig as i have always done. I did use ephedra and caffeine for when i workout, something i have done for a long time. same as me using danabols (also called "Blue Hearts").
made my arms 6 cm's bigger in 10 days :P
