Need pros help with laptop (seriously)

OK I have an Dell Inspiron 8100, and I broke my charger..

Buying a new charger is currently not an option, so wondering if their is an alternate way to charge it using any of the USB ports or w/ever, I'm not the biggest computer nerd out their(lol)....

Not sure if it matters but I have alot of electonic wires n stuff AND I NEED UR GUYS' HELP!!

Radio shack has cheap chargers.
But if buying one isn't an option than no you cant charge it any way.
