Paypal Question [Please help!]

Hey guys i was wondering that if you add a Prepaid credit card to a US account that DOES NOT have a bank account on it (so the limit isn't lifted yet), if it will lift the limit at all.

I have a $100 giftcard that i need to send the money to my friend through paypal, but my account isn't unlocked yet, will it unlock it? Please and thank you!

what i remember is that paypal does not accept prepaid credit cards to verify anymore... what about verifying it with a bank account?

cant you just transfer the money directly to yours friend's paypal? why transfer 100$ to your paypal acc and then send it to a friend? give him the credit card infos and he will receive the money even faster. or am i missing something?
