I know you can pay over the phone.. but I don't know if you can send cash or a money order.

You can go to your local money mart or western union or even your bank. Tell them you'd like to send money to a website. They most likely have western union. You give them the payment information. They will take your cash, and they will send theirs that is already in the bank.

alrighty, all i want to do is pay for the elite forums and what not, and i dont own a credit card or checks.

They sell cash cards in most grocery and drug stores. You just buy it and use it like a credit card.
