    i need a gif done that is size 806x120

    with a good looking logo that matches the forum color

    Why not Magic the Gathering, thats better and I'd buy there if it was good and cheap.

    EDIT: Don't get me wrong Yugioh was fun when I was like 10 or 8 one of those, I can't remember, either way, good luck.

    Then you need to supply the designer with the banner to edit and add the logo to because you can't use the one on your site without the direct URL.

    Just make him a banner in that size. The banner on the site already doesn't have a PSD version so its not editable.
