The flames look like they are a bit unbalanced to me though they are everywhere but the lower right on the sphere, and the sphere itself seems a bit... big.

just what I am seeing though.

Looks great, and if i wasnt familar with photoshop i would just leave it , but:

The clouds (smoke) dont look realistic, the fingers arn't cut out well, the cracks are flat, which doesnt fit the ball, and as worldslayer said, the flames are unbalanced, and some of them are small flames, some of them big flames which you just scaled down.

The smoke looks like a clouds filter, that could use some improvement. and the fire needs some flow, its kinda just thrown on there.
