Is there any chances to get banned in future?

Hi, i have 2 smurf's accs
On 1 of them I tried various cheats like xaim-cfbot and some free cheats(last time i played with cheats at this acc like a half year ago, but most of those cheats were detected/users get banned. Whatever by some reason i didn't get banned)

On another acc i once tryed some chinese mem aimbot, just shoot some bots on polygon and get banned in next day(at this one acc)

Is there any chances i'm flagged from those times and i'll get banned in future on my smurf or even main aswell?

But for real - how is banwaves works/why did not i get banned for use a lot of cheats which get detected?
U get banned only if u played with cheats day before banwave or how?
