SK Bot Dead?

Hi there, I was wondering what happened to SK Bot? I ordered his hack about a month ago and have only been able to use it once in-game the rest of the time I was struggling to make it work. I put in several tickets to their support staff only to have them set to "Closed" status with no response after about 24 hours. Essentially got scammed out of my money. Was wondering if anyone has any idea what happened to them and their rep?

SK Bot has been banned for a while now. He was caught breaking many forum rules. Additionally, he was also caught doing very shady things to harm users who were using his bot.
