Knife trick for almost instant?

So I was playing today and this guy was pwning me everytime in a knife fight.. I would go from 100-0 in 1 second, where he was able to do two very hard hits.. so is there any trick that im not aware of?

You die from a knifestab in the back, maybe he found a "sweetspot" somewhere on your left or right side.
Or he just simply speedhacked at the exact same time as he sliced you.

I will think this is speedhack, or like Blinky says, you got backstabed and that is 165 dmg in 1 stab.

I was facing him, so no backstab.. I did not notice an increased speed in his movement, it was like i was hit with a normal slice first and then a split second later a rightclicked knife.. and i was dead...

But i can not do a slice and then a stab in 1 second... less than one second.. it was almost faster than 2 slices

Slash in head->Stab in body is the best tactic in knife fights, if you don't manage to get a stab in the head, wich is hard as **** sometimes.

Also just a note that some people might not know and that is slashing has slightly further range

The way I do it is run towards the person I am going to knife and instead of using my knife (right click) to hit them I run THRU the person and turn around as quickly as possible and hit them in the back. Ta da instant knife.
