how remove circles???

hello guys

anyone knows how to remove the circles on my screen from
some elemental affixes??
like poison,frozen when they appear on the floor many whites circles appear on too
which are the limits of the area effect of these skills dmg BUT it makes hard for the eyes to
watch your dmg guys.
if anyone knows please help
