Plugin : Show Playername above Banner in town

I would like to have a plugin which is showing the Playername over the Banners(Flags) in the town. Is that possible?

I don't know how to achieve it

I found a way, I'm on it ;-)

I have it working, I just have to manually adjust the names just on top of the 16 banners, 4 for each act (act 3 = 4 are the same) and find the right colours so it will look like being part of the banner.
I will release it tomorrow ;-)
