For whatever reason the RadiusBottom field in IActor isn't returning useful data. Change line 41 in ./plugins/Default/Decorators/GroundCircleDecorator.cs from
toCode:radius = Math.Min(actor.RadiusBottom, 20);
for a temp fix. I don't think this interferes with anything else but I haven't tested it that well.Code:radius = Math.Min(actor.RadiusScaled, 20);
