Change Primal Colors, Radius....?

Hi,

i dont know what i am doing wrong but when i change color and radius... on "ItemsPlugin.cs"
it nothing changes ;/

i use TurboHUD 17.4.2.10 (v7.2) STABLE on a older Version the changes are work.
Is there a thing what i need to change too to activate?
