Please back F2 key back
Some plugins related to health packs, did not always display correctly, the F2 button is usually helped in such cases, we must now run back off the screen to fix display of plugin.

Well, I used it as a workaround for the LegendaryGem level 'caching'. (Back when I was actively playing, the gem level stayed the same for the game duration, F2 was faster than relaunching hud ;p)
I always guessed that was because F2 forced a full D3 memory read.

In this case, I think F2 has not fixed the error plugins, and the errors the hud. If you look at the health of the buggy mobs, they were not 100% and 10000%. It was possible to fix ran out of sight of the mob and turned back or Vice versa to obtain this result. While I can not in the rift to catch this problem to make a screenshot.

There is actually three blue enemies, but two plugins shows only 2 of them, also the hidden enemy has 1.452% health instead of 100%. we used to deal with this problem by pressing F2 and its all became as it suppose to be.

I use F3 for that

I don't think reloading is the solution
should solve this problem fundamentally (some cache bug?)

I can definitely confirm and vouch for what others have said.
For whatever reason, whenever a plugin was obviously incorrect or glitchy, pressing F2 would always fix it. Like Jack said, is that because F2 refreshed a cache of some sort? If so, I agree the solution would not be to bring back F2, but ideally to find out how bad information was being stored, or maybe just periodically refresh.
The two most prominent examples of this "bad cached info" are, as mentioned:
1.) TopMonsterHealthBarPlugin.cs
(seems to display incorrect values for monster HP)
2.) EliteBarPlugin.cs Link
(this very popular plugin displays elite HP bars on your screen, which occasionally acts glitchy. I'm guessing it's from reading bad monster HP numbers)

F3 fixes the "cache" for gems, health bars and disappearing of hp bar of elites. I always used F3, never F2 and that always fixes things for me.

F2 key do not work as plugin reload since .xml gone, you're wrong.
