    The PTR is back up

    Anyone else wish the changes would be more server & stability based, instead of buffing like usual? I am glad to see them work on getting barb back up in ranks & the visual issues of hammerdin looked into. Also see they're taking a page from TH by giving mage timers to Necros.
    What is everyone else thinking?
