Request: Zei's Stone Range Indicator

Was wondering if anyone has or knows the whereabouts a plugin that shows the max range (50 yards) of zei's stone of vengeance gem.

A simple 50 yard circle or some way to measure distance to your cursor will do.

I'm sure many wizard players like me will be very grateful!

I've made this one after browsing many other plugins and comparing with others such as the one Sea Dragon made for 50 yard from Boss, GargMaster and BountyCacheIndicatorPlugin etc:
