a really useful one ..but there is already a cs file with the same name in user .. is it possible to change the name of your file or idk move it to another folder inside plugins?

This file is only an example or template of how You are able to use it to customize existing plugins (\plugins\Default\BuffLists\TopLeftBuffListPlugin.cs and TopRightBuffListPlugin.cs).

Not an individual Plugin.

If You already have this file "\plugins\User\PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.cs" , You can open it and add code (TopLeft and TopRight) between:

public void Customize()
        {
            INSERT CODE HERE
        }  

In mine example, which I've been posted in the first message, file PluginEnablerOrDisablerPlugin.cs ready to use
