Leoric's Signet - Farm maximization

Hi everyone!

I've come up with a tactic on how to farm the "leoric's signet" in the fastest possible way, and wanted to share this with you. If you follow the steps below you will be able to farm it ALOT faster than normally.

(Leoric's Signet is a lvl 14 ring that sells for between 40-250 million)

For this to work, you will need to have a level 60 monk (the higher paragon you have, the better), and around 5-10 mil gold. The reason you need to have a monk is for 2 reasons. 1: They have a mantra (mantra of conviction) that does AOE dmg to all mobs near you. 2: They have a skill (tempest run) that lets you move a lot faster as long as you have spirit. And if you follow this steps, you will be able to use tempest run pretty much constantly.

With this gear and spec you will have the following stats:
* Around 180 MF (MP10 + paragon lvl not included!)
* 35% movement speed
* 14-16 spirit per second
* 250 max spirit

Gear (everything is relatively cheap):
Head: "Madstone" with 2-2.5 spirit per second + socket (Socket with MF gem)
Neck: "Xephirian Amulet" with 2-2.3 spirit per second + 40MF
Chest: "Tyrael's Might" (12+ movement speed ) with + 20MF
Wrist: "Lacuni Prowlers" (12+ movement speed ) with +20MF
Ring 1: "Stone of Jordan" with 2-2.3 spirit per second
Ring 2: "Manald Heal" with 1-1.3 spirit per second
Legs: "Inna's Temperance" (12+ movement speed ) with + 20MF
Weap 1: "Won Khim Lau" with 2-2.5 spirit per second
Weap 2: "The Fist of Az'Turrasq" with 2-2.5 spirit per second
All other slots should have + 20 MF.

Spec:

Primary: Fists of Thunder - Quickening
Seconday: Nothing
1: Mantra of Conviction - Submission
2: Tempest Rush - Northern Breeze
3: Nothing
4: Nothing

Passivs:
1:Fleet Footed
2: Exalted Soul
3: Chant of Resonance

Now that you have the correct gear and spec, this is how you should farm it:
Enter act 2, Lord of Lies on normal mode with MP10.
* Clear everything between "Black Canyon Mine" to "Desolate Sand" (just run near the packs and they will die)
* Skip single/small packs mobs
* Enter all dungeons and vaults (cellars are a waste of time)
And of course the most important thing: Keep the mantra of conviction live and hold down tempest run skill to run super fast! (Don't "press" the skill, just hold the key down)
