You’d think Blizzard would just say they can ban any player anytime and be done with it when banning a player, right? After all, it’s the only clause they need as it’ll supersede any other clauses in their so called user agreement. They never did use that clause and keep coming up with pathetic response saying the ban was result of their own investigation when questioned by third parties. Why do you think they didn’t use the “they can ban them all if they feel like it” card?
How is their excuse is different than a criminal committing a crime and claiming his own investigation found he didn’t do it. Customers have expectation that they would be able to play game they have paid and they should complain when they were denied the service without a good reason. I’m providing alternate ways to complain about their unfair practice as their customer service is lacking and hoping to gain attention from authorities for those cases. As a multi-billion dollar company Blizzard should operate in a more transparent manner imho.
