Skipping all quest by joining Public games does not work anymore

Hi, i was wondering if it's just my problem or blizzard fixed this : i'm not able anymore to skip quest/difficulty by using the "join public game" bug.
Previously you were able to start a quest on lower difficult like normal then leave game then join a public game choosing the difficulty lvl ... like Inferno.
Atm it doesnt allow me to do this anymore. Do you have the same problem ??

edit: i lied it worked for me yesterday but i got in on a quest that I could not get much out of sadly. I am working on to get it to work now.

It only works for quests you are the correct level for, unless you have someone you know invite you onto their game with the quest. IE if it's available, but grey, you can skip to it.

Seems to be working fine for me, although it's a bit annoying since i have to try it 5-6 times before it actually works.

Join a mission as single player
Leave the Game
Join the same mission in public games

Still working, although I've found that there are some quests that doesnt work with this, like 3rd quest in act 4 inferno.

Yeah cuz quest isnt visible even in grey on inferno. Like "do q2 then u can do q3".

is there any way to make it stay that way.

if i select another difficulty or act it disapears and i cant select it again without doing this process
