    Found in Act II Inferno - North of Desolate Sands WP

    He also (has a chance to?) drop a weapon called The Clipper, which Nine-Toes in Borderlands also drops when you kill him.

    Haha they could actually do this. On of the off-hands has a 3 orb-like graphic. Slap some good stats and a name on it and BAM, Blizzard successfully "borrowed" another idea.
