Freeze Timer Countdown on Tradable Legendaries

1. Find legendary in multiplayer game
2. Equip legendary on inactive follower
3. Leave game

You can then rejoin any game and the timer will remain frozen. If you open the follower's inventory, the countdown will resume until you leave the game. I can only verify rings work, but I would assume other slots work, as well.

You can also stash them on unused characters, btw.

They'd have to be in your game in order to trade anyway, if they don't want it immediately.. why would they want it later?

I'm unsure where you got the idea I'm "SO happy" about discovering this, but in response to the rest of your comment: Seemingly pointless exploits can be advantageous with a little ingenuity. I've found a lot of useful information in these forums, so I'll share anything I discover with the community, in case it is useful to someone else.
