First of all update Diablo 2 to latest beta running "Diablo III Beta Launcher.exe"
Next copy all MPQ from folder "Data_D3\PC\MPQs\base" to folder "Assets\MPQ\base"
next use ALL files included in rar, expecially "tagid_names.txt"
