D3 is only in F&F Beta right now, so you won't be able to find someone selling a key (they are invite-only anyways).

I might very well be willing to go up to 100$ if I have to. Sold a bunch of gold in wow just before I quit, so I probably could do it. I'm mostly worried about getting scammed.
